STEP 1 – APPLY

All applicants will receive:

- Unique post featuring your startup on LinkedIn
- 60-month financial forecast
- Capital raise forecast
- Investability score
- Sweat equity legal document toolkit ($99 value)
- Pre-revenue valuation analysis ($499 value)
STEP 2 – PITCH
- Password-protected Finalist Profile shared with our Investor Panel (see a sample)
- Additional Q&A webinar
- Individual feedback from members of the Investor Panel
- Announcement on social media
STEP 3 – WIN
The Investor Panel will review all application materials and score the finalists. The winner will be announced on June 12.
One winner will receive:
- $50k investment in return for a SAFE at $2 million post-money valuation cap.
- Opportunity to pitch Eagle Venture Fund for additional investment
- Opportunity to pitch Eagle Venture Lab for additional services in exchange for equity
- Option for Wade Myers to join your Board of Advisors
- Referral to other VCs
